1. What DialEvents Is
DialEvents is a discovery and enquiry platform for event services. We help customers find and compare event professionals. We are not a booking agent, do not process payments, and do not take a commission on any work you agree with a professional.
2. Free for Customers
Searching, comparing and sending enquiries is free for customers. Any agreement, pricing, deposit or contract is strictly between you and the professional you choose.
3. Listings and Accuracy
Business information, galleries, packages and starting prices are supplied by the professionals themselves. We verify listings where we can, but we cannot guarantee accuracy, availability or outcomes. Always confirm details directly before committing.
4. Featured and Sponsored Placements
Some listings are marked Featured or Sponsored. These are paid placements. Ratings, reviews and customer feedback are never influenced by payment.
5. Your Information
When you send an enquiry, we share the details you provide — name, contact, event type, date, location and requirements — with relevant professionals so they can respond to you. We do not sell your data to unrelated third parties.
6. Reviews
Reviews should reflect genuine experience. We remove content that is abusive, defamatory, or posted to manipulate ratings.
7. Liability
DialEvents is not liable for the quality, timeliness or conduct of services delivered by listed professionals, nor for any loss arising from an engagement made through the platform.
